The Stanhope Elmore Chapter of the National Beta Club recognizes students that have a 3.5 or higher GPA and a clean discipline record. Once a member, students must maintain the 3.5 or higher GPA, a clean discipline record as well as participate in at least two service projects, twenty community hours per semester and attend monthly meetings. Students receive points for all activities and must meet a minimum requirement of points before being eligible to order a stole for graduation.  The club focuses on four core ideals: Achievement, Character, Leadership, and Service
